Thanks. I suppose the inside quadrant thing still makes one too ball conscious . The gate picture more likely to promote a flail thru rather than at the ball, which of course is an excellent thing.

I think the two concepts could work together. The ‘gate’ provides a larger visual for me personally, but the inside quadrant may work well for some.

As long as you can consistently bring the clubhead through the gate (inside-out), you cannot help but make solid contact.
