As another Sunday evening approaches, one is faced with the daunting task of facing another work week. How does one effectively overcome the Mondayitis anxiety?
Simply living in the present moment avoids all worries of tomorrow. To really and completely FORGET about the coming tomorrow , simply live TODAY – and the current moment to the fullest. When you enjoy what you are currently doing to its fullest, not only do you lock yourself into the present moment, you also block out any thoughts and fears of the future.
