In the time of Covid Lockdown, it is important to keep your endorphin levels up. Of course, exercise is the most natural way to accomplish this.. But there’s a few other ‘supplements’ (for lack of a better term), that can also keep you ‘chill’ during a stressful day.

It’s no secret. Running / Jogging / Biking can all have a transformative effect on one’s mood.
Summary
This is just a short recap of things that have worked for me personally. The days that I can go for a run, I don’t need any other enhancer. On other days, hypericum perforatum 30 also does the trick.
