They will show you amazing live demos of their elements kit. What they will not tell you that most of those templates are not available without a Elementor Pro upgrade – which runs $99/year. Every year. Obviously, not a minor item to be left out.

Themes that require annual renewal

This one took me by surprise. Most themes (paid themes) require one time payments. In the ball park of $40-$70 – depending on how awesome the theme is.

I was surprised to find (after purchasing a $49 theme), that that theme itself was only valid for an year! Here is the awesome looking CoachPress theme
